a month, fixed in the proposal
of a full-time CXO package
a written plan with dates
against agreed numbers
Overview
What a fractional CXO actually does
A fractional CXO gives a business senior leadership at 20 to 30 percent of a full-time CXO's cost. Chetan Turakhia joins as your part-time CEO India businesses can actually meet, or as your COO, CMO or CSO, for a fixed number of days each month.
He runs the monthly business review, sets and tracks the numbers, builds the management layer, and takes ownership of the priorities you agree on together. Some owners search for this as a virtual CEO for SME; the work is the same.
It suits businesses that have outgrown founder-only leadership but can't yet justify the salary, or aren't yet ready to hand over the business to a professional CEO.
Why The Catalyst
Why owners choose The Catalyst as their fractional CXO
“The person you meet on the first call is the person your team will answer to.”
Chetan Turakhia, FounderBecause the role is filled by someone who has held it for real. Chetan has run operations, owned P&Ls and led converged technologies for thirty years, so when he sits in your Monday review, he has sat in that chair before.
