Jewellery Company

One brand, two go-to-market strategies, zero wasted inventory

A luxury launch across India and the US, in a category where inventory ties up capital before a business has proved itself.

The situation

A luxury product designer and an experienced jewellery salesperson wanted to launch together in India and the US — in a category that's enormous, and getting more competitive every year.

Our research pointed to two real risks: getting lost in a crowded market with no differentiation, and tying up capital in luxury-grade inventory before the business had proven itself.

What we did

  • Split the business into two deliberately different go-to-market motions.
  • High-ticket designer pieces: shown via rendering software at small, invite-only events in select Indian cities, keeping physical inventory close to zero.
  • Accessible, still design-led pieces: sold through e-commerce in the US and India, each piece carrying a genuine luxury-design touch.
  • Built the business plan and supported the founders through investor negotiations to signing.

Where it stands now

The dual go-to-market structure let the company start generating revenue quickly on minimal inventory and logistics cost.

It built traction fast, secured the investor capital to keep operations moving, and created real buzz in a genuinely competitive market.
